Where do we train?

Depends on what works best for you. Lisa can meet you at a gym, train you in your home (if you have equipment), or coach you outdoors at parks and trails around San Luis Obispo.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on session frequency, location, and program length. We'll talk through it on your free consultation call — no pressure, no commitment until you're ready.

Do you accept cash payments?

Yes. In-person clients can pay by cash, check, or card — whatever's easiest for you.

Do you work with prenatal, postpartum, or menopause clients in person?

Absolutely. Certified across all three, and in-person coaching is especially powerful during these transitions when real-time form guidance matters most.

What's the minimum commitment?

That gets discussed on your call. Most clients commit to a minimum of 4-8 weeks to build momentum, but we'll find what fits your life.
